1. Fully Funded PhD Position in Clinical Research
Summary of PhD Program:
The doctoral programmes at the University of Helsinki are seeking doctoral researchers for fixed-term positions starting from January 1, 2025. Doctoral researchers at the university conduct their dissertation research as part of an international scientific community under the guidance of leading researchers in their field. Please note that applications are also open simultaneously for three-year doctoral researcher positions as part of the national doctoral education pilot.

2. Fully Funded PhD Position in Clinical Veterinary Medicine
Summary of PhD Program:
The duties of a doctoral researcher are to work on their doctoral thesis and to complete the doctoral studies determined by the curriculum of each doctoral programme. The duties may also include teaching and other tasks for up to 5 % of the annual working time. The duration of the employment contract depends on the phase of the appointee´s thesis and starts with a probation period of six months.
