The Lee lab research tools include mammalian cancer cell lines, 3D organoid, xenografted tumor and patient-derived xenograft models. And the Lee lab uses various cellular and molecular biology techniques. This position will primarily conduct cancer research focused on metabolic alteration in cancer cells using in vitro cell experiments and in vivo mouse models, collect and analyze data independently and/or with collaboration with other researchers such as PI, research associates, and students, in a controlled laboratory setting.
